Bouygues Construction's Purchasing department is developing a decentralised purchasing policy, organised as a network and coordinated on behalf of Bouygues Construction's activities.

As part of Bouygues Construction, Bouygues Construction Expertises Nucléaires (BCEN) specialises in civil engineering, electricity, nuclear ventilation, operational maintenance, decontamination and dismantling, and waste management throughout France.

Reporting to the Head of Purchasing, you will BE in charge of purchasing for the General Electrical Installations (GEI) project, which involves refurbishing the electrical installations at 4 nuclear power plants (Paluel, Flamanville, Saint Alban and Bugey).

Operational tasks
Purchasing management :
- Defines and implements the purchasing strategy within its scope, ensuring compliance with procedures
- Launch consultations, negotiations and select the best offer in terms of supplies and sub-contracting
- Placing orders in the tool and drawing up contracts with suppliers on the basis of Bouygues Construction Bouygues Construction group templates.
- Supporting the design and technical departments and managing disputes and complaints.

Monitoring and performance :
- Ensuring that suppliers are qualified in accordance with nuclear safety requirements (IPSN)
- Ensuring overall performance (quality, cost, deadlines, contractual and technical compliance relating to the nuclear sector, ethical compliance and sustainable development) ethical compliance and sustainable development)
- Implementing a purchasing strategy to optimise costs (framework agreement and RFA).

Management :
- Supporting project teams in the use of purchasing tools (PABLO, HA+)
- Informing the network about best practices and purchasing issues.

Internal contacts : site managers, works supervisors, buyers from the Bouygues Construction purchasing network, legal and finance department.
External contacts : design office, project management, buyers from the consortium's partners.

Profil required
- At least 3 years' experience in purchasing.
- Strong interest in technical purchasing, particularly electrical equipment.
- Knowledge of the industrial, nuclear or defence sector would BE an additional advantage.

As a member of the purchasing team, you will play a key role in the environmental and social transition at Bouygues Construction. You will BE responsible for making the following tasks part of your day-to-day work :
- Reducing the carbon footprint of purchasing and promoting the circular economy.
- Promote local economic development by integrating VSEs, SMEs and social structures.
- Ensuring that suppliers respect human rights and ethics.
- Develop sustainable partnerships by assessing suppliers' CSR performance.
