We are looking for our future Lead Integrated Marketing EMEA - Western Europeto join our team in Lyon.
The role is based in our Lyon office and is offered as a hybrid set-up, 2 days onsite and 3 days working from home per week.
The Lead of Integrated Marketing EMEA - WE reports to the Head of Integrated Marketing EMEA. He/she will BE responsible for Integrated Marketing within EMEA and especially dedicated to the Western Europe region of EMEA.
Let's talk about the role :
The Lead of Integrated Marketing leads both strategic development and hands-on execution of comprehensive, multi-channel campaigns within EMEA.
This role is critical to enhance our global market presence and drive substantial revenue growth.
He/she will collaborate closely with Solutions Marketing and Commercial Marketing teams, as well as adapting global campaigns to regional and market segment specifics to maximize effectiveness and accelerate growth.
The ideal candidate will have a good background in omnichannel marketing strategy, including ABM (Account-Based Marketing) expertise, and will BE adept at leveraging insights and feedback to continually refine these strategies.
Your main goals as Lead Integrated Marketing EMEA - Western Europe are :
- Market Expansion : Successful growth in defined market segments, measured by customer acquisition, expansion, and opportunity generation.
- Revenue Impact : Direct contribution of regional campaigns to overall marketing sourced and multi-touch revenue growth, including measurable and efficient ROI / ROAS from marketing activities.
- Prospect Engagement and Conversion Rates : Effectiveness of campaign strategies in engaging prospects and converting leads.
Let's talk about Responsibilities :
- Strategic Campaign Leadership : Architect and lead the execution of integrated EMEA marketing campaign frameworks that align with broader marketing and sales goals. Develop and deploy scalable marketing campaigns that effectively attract, engage, nurture, and convert target audiences within core market segments.
- Campaign Execution and Optimization : Oversee the end-to-end execution of regional campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet key performance indicators. Utilize data analytics to continuously refine and enhance campaign strategies based on real-time insights, ensuring maximum impact and ROI / ROAS.
- Cross-Channel Integration : Drive the seamless integration of digital, content, and regional marketing efforts within EMEA campaigns. Ensure that all campaign components are cohesively aligned to deliver a unified brand message and customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Collaboration and Regional Alignment : Work closely with Commercial Marketing to tailor EMEA campaigns to regional needs, gathering insights and feedback to assess market-specific campaign performance and adapt strategies accordingly. Foster cross-functional collaboration with Solution marketing, Creative and Digital marketing, Corporate communications, and Revenue teams to ensure marketing campaigns incorporate effective messaging and content, aligned to personas and market segments.
- Database Marketing and Nurture Strategy : Direct the strategy for engaging and nurturing our existing database through personalized and segmented campaigns. Utilize channels such as email, retargeting, and webinars to enhance the customer journey, accelerate pipeline progression, and integrate seamlessly with global campaign initiatives.
Let's talk about Qualifications, Skills and Experience :
Required :
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing with a significant focus on global/regional campaign management and digital marketing strategies; ideally within a healthcare context.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful global/regional marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
- Strong project management skills with experience managing cross-functional teams, collaborating with stakeholders across various geographic locations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A knack for building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in modern marketing technologies, including CRM and marketing automation platforms, with a deep understanding of data analytics to drive decision-making.
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or Communications.
- French as native language, Fluent level in English.
Preferred :
- A Marketing Expert, who is already familiar with Resmed's products, audiences and business.
