Les missions du poste
Responsibilities :
- Collect and analyze user needs :
Conduct meetings with various business contacts to understand their needs, identify problems to BE resolved and opportunities for improvement.
- Write detailed functional specifications :
Document functional requirements in the form of clear, understandable and complete specifications for development teams.
- Business process modeling :
Create business process diagrams and models (e.g. UML, BPMN) to illustrate workflows and interactions.
- Ensure validation of solutions :
Organize and conduct functional tests, validate deliverables and ensure that the developed solution meets the expressed needs and respects quality requirements.
- Support users :
Train users on new features, write user guides, and provide functional support during and after production.
- Coordination with technical teams :
Work closely with project managers, developers and architects to ensure solutions are technically feasible and on time.
- Monitoring and management of changes :
Ensure continuous monitoring of functional developments and change requests, and ensure that these developments are well integrated into the overall project.
Required Skills :
- Functional skills :
- Mastery of needs collection methodologies (workshops, interviews, questionnaires, etc.).
- Knowledge of modeling tools (UML, BPMN, etc.).
- Good understanding of business processes and functional issues.
- Technical skills :
- Knowledge of information systems and technologies used (ERP, CRM, specific software).
- Notions of software development, databases and project management.
- Communication skills :
- Excellent writing and synthesis skills.
- Good oral communication and meeting facilitation skills.
- Ability to popularize technical concepts for non-technical users.
- Organizational skills :
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Sense of analysis, anticipation and rigor.
Le profil recherché
Qualifications and Experience :
- Degree in computer science, project management, or a related field (Bac +5 minimum).
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role (functional analyst, functional consultant, etc.).
- Experience in a specific field (finance, logistics, HR, etc.) can BE an asset.
Working environment :
- Teamwork, often in collaboration with business and IT departments.
- May require occasional travel for needs-gathering missions or training.
