YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES :

What You'll Do
- Assist the Product Line Managers in monitoring and coordinating ongoing projects.
- Participate in the development and updating of project tracking dashboards.
- Contribute to the preparation of projects follow-up meetings by gathering necessary information and drafting meeting minutes.
- Participate in improving project management processes and implementing best practices.
- Assist Product Line Managers in monitoring their budgets, updating tools
- Participate, set up events for Corporate Functions team

YOUR PROFILE

Who You Are :
- Student in an engineering or business school, ideally specializing in project management
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
- Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Power point)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, autonomy, curiosity and willingness to learn

Location : 25 avenue Matignon, 8th arrondissement Paris.
