TheJunior Developer Role - Data Integration Connectivity team
We are a forward-thinking company specializing in developing cutting-edge connectors for Business Intelligence (BI) tools, focusing on Data Integration. Our solutions seamlessly connect diverse technologies, including OpenAI, Vector DB, Cloud services, ERP(Workday, SAP), Databases, and many more, enabling businesses to unlock the full potential of their data.
We are looking for a passionate Junior Software Developer to design, develop and maintain our connectivity applications. As a Software engineer, you will work closely with a team of engineers, to ensure our products meet the highest standards of performance and scalability in an environment of rapidly changing technologies.

- International environment : Your role will BE at the heart of a highly skilled Java developer team based in France. Working closely with international team members in China and Ukraine. Your role will also GO outside as well to represent the team and highlight our technical projects.

Here's how you'll BE making an impact :
- Innovation : Propose new solutions in synergy with our products to improve our coding standard, productivity or final product, helping reaching zero-coding development.
- Collaborative Development : Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define requirements and features, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Code Quality and Documentation : Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in required languages, ensure well-documented designs and test cases, and implement automated tests for reliability and performance.
- Continuous Improvement : Gather feedback from internal and external developers to improve our tools continually, staying updated with new technologies and industry best practices.
We're looking for a teammate with :
- Good experience working on a Java-based project, prior participation in a community project is a plus.
- Experiences with Git
- First experience with JIRA, Docker or Jenkins is a plus.
- Excellent analytics mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, especially for technical documentation.
- Tech savvy with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
