The Role

This role plays a central part in supporting financial compliance and transparency operations within Novo Nordisk France. With a strong focus on Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls, legal reporting, and HCP-related transparency declarations, the position ensures alignment with both internal standards and external regulations. Acting as a Finance Partner to the French affiliate, the role combines audit coordination, financial process support, and operational backup for the team manager. Main responsibilities :
- Coordinate and execute SOX Minimum Controls, including documentation, reviews, and assurance compliance.
- Manage HCP transparency disclosures, including tax declarations, Concur audits, and coordination with legal/compliance.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including LCR preparation and statutory reporting.
- Serve as liaison with external auditors and support audit readiness for financial and ethics audits.
- Review and write internal procedures and provide guidance to employees on expense and compliance processes.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an audit firm or in a Finance role within an international company.
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Audit, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of general accounting and financial closing processes, with familiarity in transparency and legal reporting.
- Fluency in both French and English, with strong communication skills for working across departments and with external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SAP and Concur is a plus
