Job Overview
We are looking for a versatile and detail-oriented Finance & Administrative Officer to support our finance and general administration functions. This position reports to the Local CFO, with a strong functional link to the Finance Director for France & Benelux, providing valuable exposure to key financial processes and cross-functional collaboration. This role offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally and contribute to the smooth running and ongoing improvement of our operations.
The ideal candidate brings a solid background in accounting and financial management, coupled with strong organizational skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.
A key aspect of this role is close collaboration with our Center of Excellence (CoE) based in Poland, which handles core transactional finance activities such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, reporting, and master data management. The Finance & Administrative Officer serves as the primary local point of contact, ensuring the accuracy of inputs, timely information flow, and effective follow-up on behalf of the local team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Finance Operations Support (in coordination with CoE)
- Serve as the local liaison for finance processes outsourced to the CoE (e.g., invoice processing, payments, accruals, reconciliations).
- Monitor task execution by the CoE and provide necessary local inputs (e.g., coding, approvals, clarifications).
- Escalate issues and coordinate resolutions for vendor or customer queries.
- Support accurate pre-closing inputs and liaise with CoE during monthly and year-end closings.
- Provide documentation and context for customer invoicing or asset-related questions when needed.
2. Expense Management
- Validate employee expense claims and ensure supporting documentation is complete.
- Train staff on correct SAP Concur usage to support compliance and data quality.
3. General Administrative Support
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and general correspondence.
- Draft, format, and archive administrative documents and internal procedures.
- Coordinate office supply procurement and maintain inventory levels.
- Manage local service providers and monitor associated contracts (e.g., insurance, telecom, facility management).
- Oversee administrative aspects of the office rental lease, including payments and documentation.
- Provide administrative support across teams as needed.
- Oversee company vehicle fleet administration (registrations, usage, documentation).
4. Budgeting and Financial Planning
- Support the annual budgeting process and periodic financial forecasts.
- Assist in preparing financial presentations, internal reports, and planning documentation.
- Contribute to local cost control initiatives and cross-functional process improvements.
5. Analytical & Project Support
- Conduct follow-up on litigation-related cases from a financial perspective.
- Develop and maintain Excel-based reports and automation tools (e.g., dashboards, macros).
- Act as a key user or local tester for finance-related tools and digitalization initiatives.

Le profil recherché
Your education & experience
- Minimum a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience with SAP (especially SAP Concur) and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of basic HR administration is a strong plus.
