This service coordinates the development activities of all New Collections of eyewear frames and sunglasses from the conception to the go-to-market of the products.Your main missions will BE :
1. Product Planning- Support role
o Assist in building and regularly updating product launch calendars in collaboration with the planning team.
o Help maintain project timelines and track key milestones.
o Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth information flow.
o Contribute to team communication and follow-up on deliverables.
2. Project Coordination
o Contribute to the organization of ongoing projects by scheduling meetings and managing follow-ups.
o Help prepare internal presentations, templates, and summary documents.
o Assist in training sessions and team workshops.
o Take meeting notes and share updates to ensure clear and consistent communication.
3.Process & Tools Support
o Help document and update product development processes and tools.
o Assist in gathering feedback to improve how the team works

Le profil recherché
Organized and extremely rigorous. You like to interact with multiple stakeholders and use your good communication skills.
You are at ease with Excel / Pack Office.
Your English is great (spoken and written).
Graduation : Bac +4/ + 5 from a Business School.
