Your mission, roles and responsibilities
- Bibliographie sur l'impact d'un traitement mécanique de surface sur les propriétés mécaniques associées.
- Essais sur une référence de pièce en acier 20MnB5 en bol à force centrifuge abrasifs céramique, bol vibrant abrasifs porcelaine et Keramofinish.
- Analyse microstructurale en surface et essais mécaniques (dureté Vickers, Knoop).
- Analyse de phases.
- Etablissement de règles métier sur les propriétés gagnées/perdues en fonction des process considérés.
- Rapports techniques.
Your profile and competencies to succeed
- Bac +3/4/5 en Université ou Ecole d'ingénieur, spécialisation Ingénierie matériaux
- Compétences en métallurgie (compétences de base, microstructures, etc.), sur les différents types de traitement thermiques et leurs applications, utilisation des moyens de contrôle métallurgiques
- Rigueur, Autonomie
- Gestion de projet collaboratif (sujet en lien avec le Centre Technique, l'Usine et la Plateforme Collaborative des Matériaux)
- Anglais courant
