Principal Bridge Engineer H/F Ingérop

We need a strong technical engineer with leadership capabilities who is ready to make an impact on some of the world's most exciting and complex projects. Ideally, you'll bring :
- A Chartered Civil Engineer qualification with a post-graduate qualification in a relevant subject.
- Extensive experience in the design and construction engineering of long span bridges such as segmental, arch, extradosed and cable stayed bridges (advantageous).
- In-depth knowledge of Eurocodes, national and international standards, and structural design processes.
- Experience in people management, mentoring, and driving team development.
- Experience with structural analysis software like LUSAS, Midas.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a talent for producing clear, high-quality written work.
- The ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, handling changing priorities while keeping quality high.
- A collaborative approach, with a focus on successful delivery for our clients.
