Ethic Search Partners, Executive Search Consulting firm, is recruiting a Product & Services Marketing Director EMEA H/Ffor its client, an international Digital Tech company.

The position, on a permanent contract, is based in the United Kingdom.

Key Responsabilities and Missions

The Product & Services Marketing Director EMEA will build a high-performing team from scratch and ensure the products and services align with evolving market needs. The main role's responsibilities are :
- Team Leadership
- Market Insights
- Offering & Messaging
- Go-to-Market (GTM)
- Performance Tracking

Skills

You have Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field. You have 8+ years of experience in product launches, product marketing management, or go-to-market strategy. You have a deep knowledge or strong interest in the AEC, Infrastructure, and Manufacturing industries.

You're passionate about your job and you are very involved in your role.

Strong analytical, strategic, and project management skills. Competent in competitive analysis, market research, and enablement skills. Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.

You have knowledge of marketing tools (HubSpot, Canva, WordPress), business management tools (NetSuite, Airtable), and collaborative tools (Miro).

You have collaborative leadership, strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, customer-centric, and results-oriented.

English fluent, with excellent expression and writing skills, is a must. Other European languages are a plus.
