Les missions du poste

Within Group Risk Management, you will join the Natural Peril modeling team as a Junior Risk Modeler for Natural Catastrophes.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES
- Actively participate to the development and implementation of the next generation of Severe Convective Storm internal risk model in Europe for both hazard and vulnerability module
- Contribute to the improvement of the spatial and financial disaggregation module which aims to better capture AXA's portfolio in the natural catastrophe modelling.
YOUR PROFILE
- Currently in the last year of a master's degree program in mathematics, actuarial science, computer science, or a related field, such as engineering
- Strong interest in academic research, climate modeling and climate change problematics
- Strong analytical mindset, proficient programming skills (Python, R)
- Meticulous attention to details and autonomy to execute tasks
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced international environment
