The Director of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) / Corporate Development will BE responsible for leading and executing the company's M&A strategy, identifying and evaluating potential acquisition targets, and managing the end-to-end M&A process. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong financial acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.

Key Responsibilities :
- Design the roadmap :Buy vs. Build
- Develop and Execute M&A Strategy :Formulate and implement the company's M&A strategy in alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
- Identify Acquisition Targets :Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential acquisition targets that align with the company's strategic objectives.
- Financial Analysis and Valuation :Perform detailed financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence on potential acquisition targets.
- Negotiation and Deal Structuring :Lead negotiations and structure deals to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the company.
- Integration Planning :Develop and execute integration plans to ensure smooth transitions and maximize synergies post-acquisition.
- Stakeholder Management :Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, legal, finance, and external advisors, to ensure successful deal execution.
- Risk Management :Identify and mitigate risks associated with M&A transactions.
- Reporting and Documentation :Prepare and present detailed reports and documentation to senior management and the board of directors.
