Role Mission & Context
You will join one of our System Analysis chapters as a Solution Engineer. Missions of chapters are to drive excellence in specific competence areas, including best and next market practices, framework, and tools inaddition to growing internal talents.
As a Solution Engineer, you need to interface with customers and identifies their needs. You are responsible for delivering the solution that supports the business requirements, using various technologies (COTS or other), products and platforms. You need to interact with various and multi-cultural team-members to provide the right solutions and expertise. In your work you balance various aspects of the delivery, from end to end. You have a strong ability to propose innovative solutions in the field to find cost effective solutions and bring added value
Key Responsibilities
- Lead in delivering the identified solution
- Provide detailed functional and non-functional requirements and specifications for proposed solutions including time and scope involved.
- Work closely with Product teams to ensure products and solutions are available and working properly.
- Ensure that the solution developed complies with given architecture guidelines, specifi cations and businesspartner quality requirements and ensuring the usage of standards, tools, and platforms
- Identify and propose solutions and features to fi t product
- Solve assigned issues together with the business
- Analyze current technologies used and perform tech watch, build prototypes and PoCs.
- Document and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed updates requirements such as legal, customer experience or other.
Required competencies & experience
- You have a Master degree in IT or similar with strong IT knowledges and minimum 3 to 5 years of experience ina similar position.
- Excellent communication and presentation Skills (FR/EN)
- Ability to communicate across a broad range of people
- Good executer/ Results driven
- Team Collaboration - Very good Team Player
- Challenging, Willing to learn, Ambitious, Enthusiastic, Knowledge Sharing
- Actively improves the skills of others through training /coaching /mentoring
