Join our Infrastructure and Security Operations team, where you'll help transform our infrastructure strategy. Your role will focus on proposing technologies and solutions that improve the speed, scalability, and flexibility of our Software Development teams, which include 70 developers.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update the current provisioning solution to deliver environments to BioPharma software development teams on multiple OS (Windows, Linux) and hosting options (VMware, AWS, bare metal, Container).
Assist the ISOPS team in transitioning to a scalable, flexible environment management infrastructure.
Collaborate with the infrastructure team to create and maintain a strategy, sharing your knowledge and expertise.

Main Duties
Identify constraints and resources related to the different types of environment, working with team members and stakeholders to determine requirements.
Create Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) to select solutions, and define the right tools, methods, and strategies.
Lead the implementation of chosen solutions to provide development and test environments on internal and cloud infrastructure.
Help define integrations with our toolchain for an "On-Demand Development Environment" with automated lifecycle management.
Contribute to the infrastructure roadmap with a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsabilités principales

Maintenir et faire évoluer la solution de provisioning actuelle pour délivrer des environnements aux équipes de développement sur différents OS (Windows, Linux) et plateformes (VMware, AWS, bare metal, containers).
Accompagner l'équipe ISOPS dans la transition vers une infrastructure de gestion d'environnements scalable et flexible.
Collaborer avec l'équipe infra pour construire et maintenir la stratégie, en partageant votre expertise.

Missions

Identifier les contraintes et ressources liées aux différents types d'environnements, en travaillant avec les équipes et stakeholders pour définir les besoins.
Rédiger des ADR (Architecture Decision Records) pour le choix des solutions, outils, méthodes et stratégies.
Piloter la mise en place des solutions retenues pour fournir des environnements de dev et de test sur infra interne et cloud.
Participer à la définition des intégrations avec notre toolchain pour un "On-Demand Development Environment" avec gestion automatisée du lifecycle.
Contribuer à la roadmap infra avec une démarche d'amélioration continue.

Profil :
*Qualifications

· Experience in an agile framework within a SAFe organization.
· Strong communication skills in international and multicultural settings.
· Experience with infrastructure management using Ansible and Terraform.
· 5-10 years of experience in Virtual Infrastructure within a software development context.
· In-depth knowledge of AWS IaaS and containers management.
· Familiarity with VMware and Nutanix.
· Expertise in Docker containerization and maintaining images.

*Preferred Certifications

· AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate or equivalent
· Azure certified (AZ-104 :Azure Administrator Associate, AZ-305 : Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions)
· Red Hat Certified Specialist in Developing Automation with Ansible Automation Platform or equivalent.
· Terraform Authoring and Operations Professional Certification or equivalent.

*Profil recherché

Expérience en environnement agile dans une organisation SAFe.
Très bonnes compétences en communication dans un contexte international et multiculturel.
Maîtrise d'Ansible et Terraform pour la gestion d'infrastructure.
5 à 10 ans d'expérience en virtualisation dans un contexte de développement logiciel.
Très bonne connaissance d'AWS IaaS et de la gestion des containers.
Connaissance de VMware et Nutanix.
Maîtrise de Docker et gestion d'images.

*Certifications appréciées
AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate ou équivalent.
Certification Azure (AZ-104, AZ-305) appréciée.
