Within Bouygues Bâtiment International, we are looking for a Planner to join the planning team of the Technical Department and participate in the development of the various projects.
As such, your missions will BE as follows :
In the commercial phase :
- You will participate in the establishment of the technical TCE schedules of projects in call for tenders to :
- Verify the technical feasibility of projects
- Identify risks and opportunities related to schedules
- Propose an efficient organization of tasks to obtain an optimized schedule ensuring the proper development of operations (implementation of simulations)
- You will participate in the development of submission schedules in conjunction with the sales teams
- You will analyze the contractual clauses
In the execution phase :
- You will assist the project planners in drawing up detailed execution schedules
- You will monitor monthly progress, record IT, and develop mitigation solutions if necessary.
- You will prepare the monthly project reports
- You will participate in the collection of data and ensure the capitalization of experience throughout the project
- You will prepare dashboards for monthly reports to both internal teams and the client.
What if IT was you?
You have 5 to 10 years of experience in the field of planning and you have experience in the field of construction.
You are rigorous, curious, with a sense of organization and good analytical and synthesis skills. You have knowledge of FIDIC contracts and PCSA/ECI contracts.
You are also attentive to commercial issues and aware of the realities on the ground for the production teams.
You are proficient in PRIMAVERA P6, MS Project.
As we are an international company, the practice of English is essential. Mastery of an additional language is a plus.
The position is based at the headquarters of Bouygues Bâtiment International (Challenger - Guyancourt 78). As part of this assignment, you will have missions to carry out in our various locations around the world.
