What you will do

- We're seeking a highly capable IT System Engineer Team Lead to spearhead our mobile device and endpoint management strategy while guiding a team of two IT Engineers. This pivotal role demands a proactive individual with proven autonomy and deep expertise in MDM and broader endpoint management. You should possess a solid grasp of IT processes and BE adept at utilizing ITSM solutions. Your technical acumen, leadership abilities, and communication skills will BE crucial in ensuring a secure, efficient, and well-managed end-user computing

: - Mastering MDM and Endpoints : Take full ownership of our MDM platform (e.g., Jamf, Intune) and endpoint ecosystem, ensuring optimal configuration, robust security, and proactive maintenance. Independently tackle complex challenges and stay ahead of industry
- and Ensuring Compliance : Implement and enforce stringent security policies across all managed devices. Oversee patching, software deployment, and configuration management while adhering to relevant security standards and contributing to
- and Developing the Team : Mentor, guide, and supervise two IT Engineers, fostering their growth and ensuring effective task delegation and
- and Communicating Effectively : Work closely with other IT teams and business stakeholders, clearly conveying technical information. Participate in projects related to your domain and provide excellent end-user
- Problems Proactively : Utilize strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve intricate technical issues related to endpoints and mobile devices, implementing effective and timely solutions.

What we are looking for

- Significant experience (5+ years) as a System Engineer with a strong emphasis on MDM and endpoint
- expert-level proficiency and autonomy with at least one leading MDM
- understanding of operating systems (macOS, Windows, Linux) and their
- knowledge of ITIL principles and practical experience with JiraFamiliarity with Identity Providers and access management
- with scripting for automation (e.g., Bash, Python, Shell) is a
- analytical, problem-solving, and leadership
- verbal and written communication
- in both English and French
