Bouygues Construction IT is the Information Systems Department of Bouygues Construction. We support the various entities in the Bouygues Construction Group by meeting the digital needs of the construction sectors. We support the operational business lines in implementing the digitalisation of their processes, both in France and internationally. As a member of the IT Financial Control Department, you will BE responsible for the following tasks :

Budget and Financial Analysis :
- Constructing, analysing and consolidating IT Asset and IS Infrastructure budgets
- Monitoring and explaining variances with profit centre managers
- Reporting to the Operations Director and the Finance Department
- Drawing up and analysing monthly performance indicators
- Helping to automate and continuously improve reporting tools and management processes

Projects and Commitments :
- Participating in the preparation of commitment committees for emblematic projects : calculating costs, challenging and validating scenarios, adjusting assumptions if necessary
- Preparing ad hoc analyses for BYCN IT's General Management, the General Secretariat and the Executive Committee

Accounting closures :
- Participation in the preparation and management of monthly, quarterly and annual accounting closures
- Preparation of inventory entries
