Launch your international career as an aspiring site manager

Are you ready to kick-start your career on site and shape major projects around the world ? Join the PIONEERS Program, our structured international program designed for aspiring site superintendents. Over 24 months, you'll dive into hands-on experience, supported by expert mentors, while working on real construction sites in countries like the Philippines, Greece, Cyprus, Morocco, the UK, Dominican Republic, Cayman Islands, Hong Kong-and possibly more.

As a superintendent, you will be trained to play a key role in preparing and organizing the site, leading your teams, and overseeing the execution of projects. You will manage inventory, relay essential information, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. You will interpret plans, supervise site layout, and adjust the execution schedule as needed. Your role will be crucial in maintaining order and resolving any issues that may arise.

A two-part learning journey

Throughout the program, you will engage in two important phases:

- 12 months dedicated to Structural Works, providing you with insights into the fundamentals of construction.
- 12 months exploring Trades Specialities, where you will acquire skills across various building trades.

Each participant is paired with an experienced general superintendent as a mentor, helping you grow and learn about global construction practices.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for people with a pioneering spirit - those who are curious, hands-on, and ready to step outside their comfort zone. You should have:

- Less than 8 years of experience as a superintendent, assistant superintendent, or aspiring superintendent (including internships or apprenticeships). Or you have recently graduated with a degree in construction or a related field (Bac +2/3 level or equivalent)
- Proficient level of English and able to communicate effectively
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a desire to work internationally
