Notre hôtel : Ibis Styles Sevilla Santa Justa - 218 rooms - 30 employees (HK outsourced) - rooftop - 1 meeting room

Your mission :
- You manage all daily operational aspects of the hotel and its different sales points, in accordance with the vision of Hively Hospitality, the requirements of the Ibis Styles brand, and local regulations, and in collaboration with the operations management and support team.
- You aim for (or exceed !) the qualitative and quantitative objectives set for this hotel
- You are a driving force for the development strategy and overall performance of the entire hotel and F&B activity, also with the comercialisation of the meeting room

We offer you :
- An annual salary paid on 14 months with annual bonus on objectives up to 30% of your annual base salary
- Employees preferred rates in our Hively network

Le profil recherché

Your skills and profile :
- Language : French is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a GM position and ideally in the Accor scope
- You wan to join united, energetic, and professional team.
- Strong background in hotel and F&B management with achieved profitability goals, while maintaining integrity and professionalism in your role.
- A strong and operational manager
