Renault Trucks Nordics, Baltics & Importers is a passionate and highly engaged team driving and developing Renault Trucks business on a wide and diverse scope regrouping 9 countries : Norway, Denmark, Finland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Portugal, Israel and Greece.

About the Role
Your role will BE to support the team on the drive and development of the aftersales business.
Your main activities will BE the following
- Manage spare parts offer and price list
- Lead or support projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Support logistic flows optimization and inventory management to improve parts availability
- Assist the teams into customer quality issues resolution
- Analyze sales performance and identify growth opportunities
- Develop performance reports and documentation about business activity

You are a Master's student (M1 or M2) enrolled in a business school, engineering school, or university, with a specialization in supply chain, B2B marketing, international business, or management.
- You have a customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude.
- You are organized, autonomous and resourceful
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ideally, you have a first relevant experience (internship, work-study) in BtB sales or aftermarket environment
- Your English is at the level of working proficiency
- You have a very good knowledge in MS Office suite (especially Excel) and exposure to or strong interest in other data analytics tools (Power Bi/QlikView etc.)
