YOUR FUTURE TEAM
Join our Beauty Tech Human Resources team as an Executive Assistant. Here's the role you'll play on this team :
A true pillar of the team, you will assist the Human Resources Department with the following tasks :
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Managing complex schedules, organizing meetings, travel, and FITs
- Administrative support : mail, FedEx, supplies, expense reports (DEDs, IT/phone requests, banking contacts...)
- Smooth internal communication and coordination with other assistants
- Organizing team events (seminars, breakfasts, etc.).
- Being a facilitator for the team
- Managing unforeseen events with a problem-solving mindset
- Ordering intra-group products
- Managing projects according to department organization : taking charge of all or part of a project, coordinating project progress with internal or external partners, managing contacts with stakeholders based on their level of contribution to the project.
