What You Will Do and Learn

Under the guidance of experts from the Digital Project team, you will actively contribute to two key areas of our digital transformation : the MOVE client portal and Application Maintenance (TMA).

You will help design and deploy our new digital portal, aimed at simplifying and modernizing the experience of our maritime clients :
- Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements.
- Prioritize and formalize functional requirements.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and technical teams to define suitable solutions.
- Participate in validating functional choices with stakeholders.
- Support deployment (communication kits, user training, change management).
- Contribute to the data migration strategy and coordinate actions with countries and technical teams.

You will also BE involved in the evolution of our internal production tools, directly supporting operational teams :
- Understand existing tools and analyze needs for improvement.
- Draft clear and structured functional specifications.
- Coordinate with developers to ensure the quality of deliverables.
- Organize and participate in functional testing campaigns.
