Main Responsibilities

Common accountabilities :
- Has working experience and advanced, specialized knowledge in project management. Understands how effective project management contributes to the business. Serves as a resource for colleagues with less experience and supports junior team members.
- Contributes to decisions related to implementation activities, anticipating dependencies and outcomes in complex scenarios, contributes to cross-functional projects, proposes improvements to processes, and is accountable for own and team commitments.
- Works independently within a plan developed with the manager, with some guidance on more complex situations.

Specific accountabilities :
- Participate in the project implementation, managing timelines and scope, and coordinating internal and external activities.
- Review risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure relevant reporting to line organization.
- Represent and communicate customer business needs with internal stakeholders.
- Support other team members involved in the implementation.
- Assist with necessary steps of production cutover.

About the ideal candidate :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Experience in project management, ideally including work with an airline. Familiarity with Network Planning & Scheduling is helpful.
- Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully, both verbally and in writing.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated project and program management skills with the ability to move projects forward.
