Your role :Reporting to the General Manager, as the E-commerce Growth Manager you will BE responsible for the performance of our e-commerce online store.
What You'll Do :
E-commerce Conversion Optimization :- Implement the e-commerce strategy across France and international markets(Europe)- Continuous improvement of the website and customer journey : e-merchandising, product pages, checkout, tags, etc.- Commercial animation of the site and content creation- Optimization of lead generation funnels-Performance monitoring and reporting : site conversion rate, revenue, traffic, customer base, etc.
Email Performance Improvement :- Coordination with the email marketing agency- Management of the editorial calendar for newsletters and flows via Klaviyo- Implementation of marketing campaigns and transactional emails- Customer base engagement and segmentation : opt-ins, segment evolution, etc.- Performance monitoring and reporting : email revenue contribution, email pressure, open rates, click-through rates, size of the active database, etc.
Who you are :- You have at least 2 years' experience in e-commerce, ideally on a similar role- You have experience in 360° project management and are used to managing external agencies- You are familiar with Shopify,Klaviyo, Hotjar, Google Analytics, and Canva- You are familiar with or have strong interest in the world of sports.
