Les missions du poste
Within the Accounts Payable team and inside the Accounting department, you will join a team of accountants who run the daily operations. You will also BE an actor in Deezer's projects to improve and strengthen the processes in a constantly evolving environment.
What you will do :
- Account invoices in both the procurement(Pivot) and accounting (Sage) tools,
- BE the representative of Deezer towards suppliers,
- Make payment vouchers,
- Help inaccounting closing tasks (prepaid expenses, unreceived invoices),
- Ad hoc missions related to automation and process improvement depending on the motivation of the candidate,
- Participate in the improvement of IT tool and internal control.
Le profil recherché
This role is excellent for a person with :
- 2 or 3 years degree (BTS, DUT, Bachelor or equivalent) in Accounting,
- Must BE able to communicate effectively in both French and English
- Experienced in Sage or other accounting tool is a plus
- Excel proficiency is a plus
- Appetite for IT and process enhancement is a plus
- Teamwork and rigor are keys to success !
