Les missions du poste
Duties and responsibilities :
The internship's intention is to familiarize the candidate with the daily tasks within a Sales department and the core responsibilities this department has within the corporation.
The intern will assist the Sales team on their daily tasks, support and get involved in the Sales campaign preparation and sell in meetings.
The intern will BE also involved in other sales related activities as mentioned below :
- Never out of stock (NOS) & seasonal bestseller tracking
- Stock availability NOS and seasonal items
- Annual, quarterly, monthly sell through comparison
- Supporting proactively with NOS reorders
- Proactive telephone support for customers with NOS repeat orders
- B2B platform onboarding for new field accounts
- Explain to new customers the advantages of using our B2B platform
- Sample management and showroom maintenance
- Collection and showroom management
- Sample sale support
- i.e. H. Inventory of the old collection, preparing the showroom for a sales event
- Order preparation within the sales campaign Spring Summer 2025 (digital collection overviews and best-seller management)
- Point of Sales (POS) material management real and digital
- Brand as an eye-catcher, e.g. B. displays, shelf inserts, banners
- Supporting customers with our digitals sell out tools
- Updating customer data
- Call customers for contact details changes, update changes
- Establish new archiving processes for order confirmations by season/customer/Sales Representative
Le profil recherché
Requirements and qualifications :
Study : preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Retail or Fashion
Language skills : Good spoken and written English
PC Literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Well organized, Pro-active, Task oriented and with an Ability to prioritize
