Train Product Manager
Summary of the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Product Manager to join our team as the Train Product Manager of our SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) Agile Release Train. The Train Product Manager will play a crucial role in defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our product within the Agile Release Train framework. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker who is passionate about delivering value to customers and driving the success of our product in a fast-paced environment.
Seating Product Presentation
Regardless of your background, you may BE familiar with airline IT Seating !
Because IT's highly visible and impactful. As a traveler, you may have experienced the change with a more value-conscious mindset regarding ancillary services within the airline industry, prioritizing flexibility and personalization. Travelers now seek transparent pricing and are willing to pay for add-ons that enhance their travel experience, such as extra legroom or preferred seating.
Because ancillary seating has become an important revenue generator for airlines, with figures speaking for themselves : 8 of the most influential airlines in the United States generated more than $4 billion in revenue in 2022 with assigned seat fees.
Because seating is also crucial for airport operations as IT allows airlines to efficiently streamline boarding processes.
Because our product is mature yet constantly evolving. There cannot BE a retailing transformation if seating, representing approximately 40% of ancillary sales, is not fully integrated into that journey, being at the crossroad between Offer, Order, and Delivery Management Systems.
And because we believe that our product has a significant role to play in supporting our customers and providing strategic insights to help them adapt their offers, services, and operations.
