The Marketing Insight Analyst is responsible for collecting, processing and analyzing market data to support decisions-making processes within PPG AC EMEA organization. We are targeting for an automation and harmonization of market data reporting processes, and we need someone with advanced knowledge of PowerBI and MS Excel (including Power Pivot and Power Query).

This position reports to AC EMEA Head of Marketing Insight.

Key areas of responsibility :
- Improve existing Marketing Insight reporting processes via automation, harmonization and standardization
- Provide maintenance for assigned reports and data models
- Report monthly value and volume segment shares to countries, PMR and to the Leadership team
- Provide value and volume share and CAGR data for the Business Strategy Review process
- Update macroeconomics data for yearly Factbook process and build PowerBI reporting for macroeconomic indicators
- Manage Voice of the customer survey's databases and ClientLink collaboration
- Provide self-service way of working in agreed scope including building and maintenance of data models, new measures creation, building report prototypes etc.
- Care of data security and proper users access management
- Create and maintain Functional Specifications and other relevant projects documentation
- Provide training and ad-hoc support to MI stakeholders
- Provide best end-user experience for reports audience

Education / Required Skills/ Experiences :
- Master's degree or relevant qualifications providing good understanding of business and analytics (e.g. applied mathematics, econometrics), knowledge of market intelligence and project management
- Excellent analytical skills and proven working experience in roles focused on data analysis and dashboards/reports creation with the usage of analysis tools (Power BI and similar)
- Solution-focused and proactive attitude
- Effective communication skills
- Professional approach to work, strong sense of responsibility
- Self-sustained way of working
- Language : fluent in English

Hard skills :
- 3+ years' practical experience with PowerBI
- Report design (data modeling, visualization, measures)
- Workspace management
- Power BI Cloud service management
- Advanced Microsoft Excel including Power Pivot and Power Query
- Good MS SQL knowledge
- Python knowledge is not essential but would BE a good addition
