As Head of Production and a member of the Management Committee, you will BE responsible for :
Main Missions :
Resource Optimization :
- Ensure the optimization of human and material resources of the site. Ensure that resources are adequately matched to the needs of production units and recommend necessary changes.
Safety and Environment :
- Develop, with the support of the dedicated team, a culture of behavioral safety. Analyze safety incidents and ensure the implementation of corrective actions. Implement and comply with safety rules and the site's environmental policy.
Budget and Performance :
- Develop and monitor the budget for production units, specifically raw material costs, labor, maintenance, and non-quality costs. Propose and implement improvement plans to optimize costs and improve profitability. Lead the performance plan by tracking performance indicators (SMQCDE) and deploying industrial best practices.
Management and Development of Teams :
- Supervise, coordinate, and manage employees daily. Set objectives, evaluate performance, and apply disciplinary measures if necessary. Propose training plans to ensure skill development of teams. Drive change and propose organizational evolutions in collaboration with Human Resources.
Production and Quality :
- Ensure the execution of the work plan while maintaining a defined level of quality. Achieve the requested production volumes respecting deadlines, quantities, and quality. Implement corrective actions to improve quality and customer satisfaction. Support product development projects by ensuring necessary resources.
REQUIRED PROFILE :
Education : Generalist or agro-food engineering degree.
Experience : Minimum 10 years in the management of agro-food production units or similar.
Skills : Managerial skills, teamwork, interpersonal skills, communication abilities, autonomy, and dynamism.
