Our team

Our team is part of the Search, Shopping & Pricing division. We are responsible for delivering high quality products related to pricing transactions, search engines for airlines (Air France, Lufthansa, British Airways, Air Canada...), online travel agencies (Opodo, eDreams, eBookers...) and metasearch (Kayak...).

The aim of our department (Engines and Data Services) is to provide the end user with travel solutions matching his request and fitting with the main criteria of a Fare Search : response time, cheapest price, book-ability and convenience. In addition, the proposed solutions must follow international rules governed by IATA and ATPCO.

Your mission

With a highly complex environment, sophisticated products and entwined functionalities, the knowledge is concentrated in several key members.

We want to extend such knowledge to all team members of the department, and why not to bring IT at larger scale in Amadeus.

The aim of the 6 months internship is to build content (starting from existing documentations, presentations, internal designs, etc) in an harmonized and professional way, for all the relevant topics related to the Pricing computation of air tickets.

The idea is to use AI to build such content (generate small videos on the various topics, create quiz to BE used to verify the understanding, etc), and to gather all this new content in a web portal.

The benefit of this project will BE priceless for several aspects :
- Transfer of knowledge from the people (who can leave the team or the company) to some easy-to-access centralized location
- Improve the ramp-up time for new joiners (which is very long in our area, due to the huge volume of information to assimilate)

The internship activities will potentially include, among others, tasks related to : data cleaning, NLP, genAI, Python, automatization of process, writing documentation related to what has been built during the period, etc.

Your Profile

You are currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science or Business School, with a strong proficiency in English.
