By applying for this position, you will have the opportunity to join an award-winning digital production agency that has successfully completed complex projects for the world's leading agencies ! Their internal skill set ranges from technical to creative, allowing them to provide their clients with a comprehensive solution. They are involved from the initial proposal process to quality assurance, leading with passion, creativity, and dedication.
The Content Creator H/F is responsible for ideating, producing and publishing engaging short-form video content that reflects companys tone of voice, celebrates our games, and connects with Gen-Z and Gen-alpha audiences across platforms like Tik Tok, Reels, and Shorts.
Reporting to the Marketing Lead and working closely with the Community Manager, the Content Creator H/F will bring creative flair, trend awareness, and production skills to help the company stay active, entertaining, and relevant online.
Your missions, should you choose to accept them :
- Create short-form video content for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts around our games, studio life, and community - these would BE recorded and edited by yourself
- Embody Koffeecup's tone of voice in the created content that feels native to each platform
- Stay on top of emerging internet culture, trends, and sounds-and help us tap into them early
- Work closely with the Marketing Lead and project team to align content with project milestones
- Help manage our short-form content calendar and contribute to broader social media strategy
- Educate the wider team with weekly trend roundups and recommendations
- Collaborate with game teams to source gameplay clips, behind-the-scenes moments, and launch content
- Contribute ideas for challenges, influencer collaborations, and community engagement campaigns
