PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

SAP'sCloud Success Services, is driving innovative services for customers from an end-to-end perspective. Ourmissionis to achieve customer's success and retention for SAP by efficient and flawless implementation of all SAP solutions with a strong focus on the digitalization agenda of customers.

Business Transformation Services (BTS) is part of SAPCloud Success & Delivery organization (CS&D).IT is a global organization consisting of central expertise teams and of local customer centric teams. The core mission of BTS is to drive the digitalization agenda of our customers through designing and implementing Innovation & Transformation Roadmaps. Management consulting, Business value generation, business & process model redesign and organizational change management are in BTS's DNA.

To have a successful career in SAP BTS, candidates must possess the following qualities :
- A genuine passion for driving client success and delivering business outcomes through technology.
- The gravitas and demeanor to act as a trusted advisor at C-level both from a business and technology perspective.
- A collaborative and influential style that will allow them to build a personal external and internal network and that will allow them to operate effectively within a complex matrix organization with multiple objectives.
- The energy and tenacity to persevere in sometimes challenging and political client engagements.
- Expertise in business process optimization, business case building, roadmap design and value measurement through defined KPIs.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Minimum of 6 years work experience in Management Consulting or other Advisory Services andstrong ability to plan and drive change management during projects
- Develop and articulate clear, actionable SAP S/4HANA roadmaps tailored to a client specific business needs and objectives. Strong Business process experience, in a SAP context, such as process re-engineering, process design or process audits
- Conduct thorough assessments of existing SAP landscapes and business processes
- Evaluate and recommend optimal deployment scenarios (e.g. greenfield, brownfield, hybrid)
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into strategic S/4HANA transformations
- Advisory in a SAP transformation context. IT may cover business process re-engineering, process design and audits, definition of landscape strategy, IT portfolio planning, COE organization, enterprise architecture governance, business value roadmap.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills as well solid presentation skills
- Proven experience in customer management and team coordination.
- Experiences in ENR, Utilities industries is a plus
- Fluent written and spoken French and English
