Bienvenue au sein de l'organisation Digital & IT du Groupe Volvo, plus précisément dans le département IT Service and Software Order Management (ITSSOM).
Notre équipe internationale, composée de 13 membres répartis dans quatre pays, joue un rôle clé dans la garantie de la qualité et de la sécurité IT pour le Groupe Volvo. Nous gérons des processus essentiels liés aux licences informatiques, aux lignes réseau et à la téléphonie. Nos missions incluent la conception et la mise en oeuvre de processus efficaces pour gérer les demandes, le soutien aux besoins métiers, le suivi des indicateurs de qualité et de performance, ainsi que l'amélioration continue.

Nous recherchons un apprenti pour soutenir nos activités opérationnelles et nos initiatives d'amélioration. Cette opportunité vous permettra de vous développer personnellement et professionnellement dans un environnement multiculturel dynamique.
Responsabilités principales :
- Gestion des demandes de logiciels et services IT : Accompagner les demandeurs tout au long du processus de gestion de leurs besoins en logiciels et services IT.
- Optimisation des processus et outils : Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus et outils pour une efficacité accrue.
- Gestion des commandes d'achat : Superviser les commandes d'achat de licences IT et SDWAN, ainsi que la vérification des paiements pour les parties prenantes du Groupe Volvo à l'échelle mondiale.
- Reporting Power BI : Prise en charge des tests de rapports, des améliorations de l'expérience utilisateur (UX) et de l'analyse des données pour améliorer les capacités de reporting.
- Documentation des applications métier : Développer une expertise en documentation d'applications métier, en veillant à la cohérence avec les standards de l'industrie.
Votre profil :
- À l'aise dans un environnement international et multiculturel.
- Familiarité avec des outils tels que ServiceNow, Power BI et SharePoint.
- Excellentes compétences en communication en anglais.
- Esprit d'équipe avec une attention particulière aux détails.
- Une formation générale en informatique est essentielle.

Welcome to the Volvo Group Digital & IT organization, specifically within the IT Service and Software Order Management (ITSSOM) department.
Our international team, consisting of 13 members spread across four countries, plays a vital role in ensuring IT Quality and Security for the Volvo Group. We manage key processes related to IT licenses, network lines, and telephony. Our responsibilities include designing and implementing efficient workflows for managing requests, supporting business needs, monitoring quality and performance metrics, and driving continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities :
- IT Software and Service Requests : Assist requesters throughout their journey in managing IT software and service needs.
- Process and Tool Optimization : Contribute to enhancing processes and tools for greater efficiency.
- Purchase Order Management : Oversee IT license and SDWAN purchase orders, including payment verification for global stakeholders.
- Power BI Reporting : Support report testing, user experience (UX) improvements, and data analysis to enhance reporting capabilities.
- Business Application Documentation : Develop expertise in documenting business applications, ensuring consistency with industry standards.
Your Profile :
- Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, Power BI, and SharePoint.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- A collaborative team player with attention to detail.
- A general background in IT is essential.
Educational Requirements :
A minimum of Bac +3 level education with experience or studies in economics, project management, digital technologies, or information technologies.
