The startup specialises in the global shipping & storage of high-end goods : paintings, sculptures, basically any valuable or bulky merchandise, alongside market leading SaaS technology to solve the problems that Registrars and Art Operations professionals face today.
Our mission is to become a tech-driven company in a traditional industry, and therefore make the shipping & storage of bulky and valuable items as easy as possible by providing an online and seamless experience.
We currently serve a wide range of customers from art galleries, antique dealers, auction houses, online platforms to interior designers.

Your Role :
As a Operations Associate at Convelio you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of art logistics. With your unique skill set and passion for innovation, you will contribute to our mission of revolutionizing the industry. In this role, you will have the great challenge of managing a crucial part of our logistics process starting from the crating centres to final delivery, making sure the whole process goes smoothly in order to make our clients happy.

What you'll do :
- BE the point of reference for our import operations, a growing activity for us- Plan delivery as well as collection routes for our London drivers- Handle export and road operations, while meeting time, budget and quality expectations- Monitor our orders with dedicated reports, tools, and a shared platform whilst troubleshooting and removing roadblocks- BE the first point of contact for our partners and importers- Suggest and implement process improvements within the Freight & Customs team- Work closely and collaboratively with our Customer Care and Warehouse teams

Your profile :
- You have 3+ years of experience handling both imports & exports- You are fluent in English and have excellent written and verbal communication skills- You are comfortable working in a shifting environment and know how to prioritise your tasks autonomously- Experience in art shipping and/or within the startup ecosystem is a plus- You are an excellent learner with a desire to adapt to new concepts and technologies
