YOUR ROLE
Within the Digital Department of the CMA-CGM Group, reporting to the Chief Digital Officer, you will contribute to the animation of the global digital community, the preparation and follow-up of meetings with an executive audience, and the preparation of the entity's budget. You will work in an international context and in close collaboration with the various departments involved in our projects : lines, cargo flow, finance, as well as the subsidiaries of the CMA CGM Group.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- You will conduct viewpoints, benchmarks, and market studies on technological topics.
- You will animate the digital community covering 6 regions worldwide.
- You will ensure the proper preparation of presentations ahead of meetings with sponsors by gathering and organizing information from projects.
- You will write preparation notes, minutes, and presentations in a concise manner.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- You are preparing a Master 1 or 2, from a top engineering school or business school.
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- You have excellent command of IT tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
- You have a strong interest in new technologies, with the ability to quickly adapt to digital innovations and actively contribute to digital transformation projects.
- You know how to manage priorities and have a synthesis/analytical mindset.
- You demonstrate rigor, organization, and the ability to synthesize information for presentations.
- You have good interpersonal skills, the ability to work in a team, and collaborate effectively with different departments.
- You possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- You are proactive and able to take initiatives in a dynamic environment.
- You are adaptable and flexible in the face of changes and new technologies.
