As a Middle Officer Intermediaries, you will support our Partner Solutions team in managing relationships with channel partners. Your key responsibilities include :
- Support administrative activities, including onboarding new business relationships and coordinating with internal departments
- Manage client and prospect relationships, providing high-quality service and regular updates
- Handle inquiries via phone and email, and stay informed about industry developments
- Produce regular KPI reports and support team activities to acquire and develop partnerships
Le profil recherché
- Knowledge of life insurance, wealth management, and independent financial advisors (European networks an advantage)
- Understanding of industry regulations (MiFID, anti-money laundering, anti-terrorist financing, privacy)
- Fluency in French and English; excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong relationship management and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and commitment to partner satisfaction
- Luxembourg insurance agent certification (desirable)
