As a Growth Engineer Intern, you will support the Growth Ops team with automations and workflow efficiency as well as :
- Help design scalable systems that automate and optimize our sales processes, enhancing efficiency and personalization at scale.- Integrate cutting-edge technologies, including AI, to streamline and optimize automation and workflow processes across sales and operational systems.- Collaborate closely with the wholeteam to align technological initiatives with business objectives and ensure seamless execution.
As a Growth Engineer Intern, you will :

- Development and Automation of Operational Processes:
Implement automation opportunities to enhance the efficiency of Sales teams.Create automated workflows using advanced tools and custom scripts to manage repetitive and complex tasks. - Integration of AI and Emerging Technologies:
Explore and integrate AI-based solutions to personalize customer interactions and optimize prospecting campaigns.Develop systems capable of analyzing real-time data to proactively adapt GTM strategies. - Design of Scalable Systems:
Develop technical architectures that support rapid growth, ensuring robustness and flexibility of the implemented solutions.Set up automated data pipelines to provide actionable insights to relevant teams.

What will contribute to your success:

- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with automation tools and operational platforms (Make, Zapier) - or willingness to learn!
- Programming skills (Python, JavaScript, or APIs) and interest in system integration.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to problem-solving in a team environment.
- Curiosity about AI and machine learning technologies, with a desire to experiment with innovative tools like Dust or similar platforms
- A first experience in SaaS/Tech environment is a huge plus!
