Position overview
Purpose of the function :
Reporting to the Head of Global Sourcing Performance, you will play a pivotal role in developing and managing the collections calendar in alignment with the Brand & Operations strategy. Your responsibility will BE to ensure both feasibility and consistency in the calendar's execution.
You will serve as a key liaison between Lacoste's Central Product team, Global Sourcing (including both Central & Platform teams), and the Supply Chain team, guiding them in the implementation of new processes and supporting operational execution throughout each season.
Job Responsibility
You will BE mainly involved in the following tasks :
Ø Collection Calendar Management & Process Optimisation :
· Develop and structure seasonal calendars, ensuring alignment and clear communication with all relevant stakeholders.
· Lead continuous improvement initiatives, implementing new processes tailored to business needs.
· Drive organizational change by developing and disseminating support documents and best practices.
· Conduct post-mortem reviews with key stakeholders to assess and enhance the seasonal calendar for future iterations.
Ø KPI & Sourcing Performance monitoring
· Support development of new PLM and implement reporting tools to track global performance, ensuring transparency and clear communication of results.
· Build and maintain seasonal dashboards, tracking progress against key milestones.
· Facilitate effective coordination between all development platforms and the central product team to optimize alignment.
· Collaborate with the supply chain teams to ensure seamless production launches and alignment on requirements.
· Organize post-mortem reviews with stakeholders to inform and improve future collections.
· Assess internal business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending solutions.
Ø Sourcing - Ad hoc Research
· Monitor and maintain up-to-date information and data on sourcing countries, in alignment with the Global Sourcing Strategy.
· Oversee the regular update of the Sourcing Country Scorecard, ensuring its accuracy and relevance.
· Stay informed of sourcing trends, identifying both opportunities and risks, and proactively alert relevant teams to develop action plans.
Le profil recherché
Requirements :
· Experience : A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience within the textile industry, with a preference for backgrounds in Sourcing, Supply Chain, or Product Development.
· Education : A Master's degree in a relevant field is required.
· Skills : A process-driven mindset with expertise in project management and a keen interest in change management.
· Analytical Abilities : Highly analytical with a focus on precision, business-driven insights, innovation, and a results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
· Soft Skills : A versatile and adaptable professional with interpersonal skills, a strong commitment to team success, and an open-minded approach to new ideas.
· Travel : Willingness and availability to travel as required.
· Languages : Proficiency in both English and French is essential; additional language skills in Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese are a plus.
· A strong passion for the premium fashion industry and its evolving trends is a plus
