YOUR CONTEXT :

As part of Finance Department team of La Samaritaine, affiliate of LVMH Group, you work in close cooperation with the operational teams and the other financial services (accountancy, inventory control, business analysis, financial controlling...). You have a comprehensive overview of Internal Control challenges and contribute to the development of this emblematic store, which has reopened in June 2021 and offers a wide range of products to its customers : Fashion, Beauty and Watch & Jewellery.

This internship, located in the heart of Paris, will start on July 1st, 2025 for a period of 6 months.

YOUR JOB :

You will :
- Contribute to the daily follow-up of the compliance of store operations (using our databases in PowerBI and Excel) and in close collaboration with the sales teams) and to the presentation of the monthly reporting to the Finance Department and Store Management of La Samaritaine,
- Discover the LVMH internal control standards, update and harmonize store operating procedures in close collaboration with the operational staff responsible for the various processes in the scope : sales, customer service, operations, stock & logistics, security.
- Consolidate the Internal Control & Ethics -Compliance KPIs and participate to the Risk Committee which takes place twice a year,
- Take part in cross-functional audits of back office processes : testing, feedback to top management,

In a complex and changing environment, you can come up with new ideas, innovate and BE a force for bringing forward proposals within the Internal Control Department.

This internship will give you a comprehensive insight into the way a Finance department store works.

YOUR PROFILE :

You are :
- A student of higher education (Bac +4/5 specialized in Finance/ Audit) ideally with a first experience,
- Organized et rigourous and you like team work,
- Curious and you look forward discovering retail in the luxury sector. Your English is fluent.
- Used to work with Office 365 and ideally PowerBI.
