We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Game Scout to help us build our future game portfolio. In this critical role, you will leverage your extensive knowledge and network to source exciting games across various genres and platforms, acting as a bridge between development teams and our publishing expertise.

What You'll Do :
Proactively source and identify promising games and development teams through various channels.
Evaluate game pitches, builds, and development team capabilities, providing insightful feedback and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
Work collaboratively with the Portfolio Manager and other internal teams to ensure a smooth Greenlight process.
Develop strong relationships with independent developers and studios, fostering trust and understanding of our publishing model.
Stay up to date on the latest gaming trends, emerging technologies, and the global video game landscape.
