6 months internship from May 2025 (flexible)/ Stage de 6 mois à partir de mai 2025 Operations Assistant Intern - Stagiaire Assistant des Opérations (H/F) Paris Wine Company is an export agency based in Paris since 2012, working to bring a network of artisanal, terroir-focused winemakers to export markets in 6+ countries. As we continue to grow, we are looking to hire an Operations Assistant Intern to support our collaborative team. This job offers the opportunity to understand wine distribution networks in the U.S. and other countries, as well as regularly meet and develop relationships with exceptional French winemakers and distributors around the world. Ideal candidates are happy to work in a small, dynamic team, and are at ease in a customer service-focused environment in both French and English. Responsibilities include : Managing customer and product databases : pricing, availability, wine info; Product registration with US administrations : COLA, FDA, creating back labels; In close collaboration with the operations and sales team, organizing sample shipments and tracking inventory; Translation of wine tech sheets and sales sheets; Support the senior operations team, participate and log in daily sales meetings; Support the planning of distributor visits and team field trips; Organization of in-house wine tastings; Responsabilités du candidat avec l'accompagnement de notre équipe : Entretenir les bases de données produits et clients : prix, disponibilités, informations techniques des vins ; Enregistrement des produits avec les autorités américaines : COLA, FDA, contre-étiquettes ; En collaboration avec les équipes opérations et commerciales, organiser les envois d'échantillons et suivre les inventaires ; Traduction des fiches techniques et commerciales ; Assister l'équipe opération, participation aux points quotidiens ; Organiser les visites des distributeurs et visites aux domaines Organisation des dégustations d'équipe
