Chief Compliance Officer H/F Harry Hope

About the duties, we expect the Compliance Officer to assist the Company and the Conducting Officer in charge of the oversight of the Compliance Function in the following tasks :

- In general, conduct activities to identify, assess and mitigate compliance risks.
- Support on Cooperation with authorities.
- Follow the new legislation and regulations in Luxembourg and support into adapting the existing procedures and policies.
- Assist on new Compliance projects.
- Assist in the performance of the Compliance monitoring program.
- Assist the appointed Transfer Agent and the Group Compliance Function in the accomplishment of their due diligence activities on investors, assets, delegates and providers.
- Provide compliance recommendations.
- Support on internal Governance by the way of submitting compliance reports and analysis, and by assisting the managers of the team and new joiners.
- Contribute to the development of a Compliance framework and culture within the organization.
