Production Logistics Coordinator H/F Scaleway

We are hiring aProduction Logistics Coordinatorto organize and monitor the production of IT racks and servers at Scaleway. You will ensure that hardware assembly, testing, and qualification are carried out on time and according to our quality standards.

You will coordinate workshop activities, manage production planning, follow up on RMA flows, and work closely with Hardware, Logistics, and Deployment teams to improve production efficiency and quality.

YOUR FUTURE TEAM:

You will join the Supply Chain Production team, responsible for preparing and maintaining the hardware infrastructure used in Scaleway's datacenters.

• Scope: Coordinate server and IT rack assembly, testing, and qualification.

• Collaboration: Work with Hardware, Logistics, and Deployment teams to ensure smooth production and delivery.

• Goal: Improve production performance, quality, and internal processes.

YOUR DAILY ROUTINE:

• Production Planning: Organize and update production schedules according to priorities, available resources, and deadlines.

• Workshop Coordination: Monitor production progress and ensure tasks are completed on time.

• Hardware & Quality: Support hardware assembly, troubleshooting, testing, and quality checks.

• Logistics: Coordinate component availability and manage RMA flows with suppliers and internal teams.

• Tools: Update production data and track activities using Odoo, Jira, and Confluence.

• Documentation: Maintain production procedures and technical documentation.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve workflows, quality, and productivity.

• Teamwork: Coordinate daily activities with technicians and support other teams when needed.

ABOUT YOU:

💻 HARD SKILLS:

• Hardware: Good knowledge of computer hardware, including server assembly, disassembly, and troubleshooting.

• Datacenter: Knowledge of datacenter environments and server infrastructure is essential.

• Networking: Basic knowledge of networking and technical diagnostics.

• Production Planning: Ability to organize workloads, manage priorities, and follow production schedules.

• Tools: Familiarity with Odoo, Jira, or similar tools is a plus.

• Documentation: Ability to follow and maintain technical procedures.

• Languages: Good command of English.

• Driving Licence: A valid driving licence is required.
