Your opportunity

Behind every reliable customer delivery is a clear, well-managed process. As a Sales Administrator at Sidel, you'll be a bridge between customer commitments and their smooth follow-through-helping ensure orders, payment milestones, and invoices are handled accurately and consistently. Your work supports the coordination that helps bring Sidel's packaging solutions to customers. You'll apply shared sales-administration methods and tools while working with relevant colleagues to resolve issues and support customers. Your Mission

• Manage sales orders, record payment milestones, and send order acknowledgements.
• Prepare, issue, and send invoices and credit notes in line with contractual terms.
• Track each account through final payment, following up on overdue or delayed payments.
• Apply common methodologies and tools, coordinating with colleagues to resolve issues and maintain a consistent customer experience.

Your Profile

• Higher education in international business management or a related field.
• Professional fluency in English and another language.
• Confident using office tools such as Word and Excel, as well as SAP and CEP.
• Experience solving problems, with a customer-oriented and detail-conscious approach.
• A collaborative, curious mindset and an interest in learning and improving shared ways of working.
