Description de la mission :

Context

The role sits within the Chief Information Security Office (CISO), in an Identity and Access Management (IDAM) team responsible for implementing, operating and managing access to and within the organization's IT infrastructure. The team supports access management, user lifecycle management, privileged access management, recertification, and related delivery and advisory services, while aligning with increasingly rigorous compliance requirements.

Mission

Design, implement and maintain CyberArk solutions, ensuring the security and integrity of the organization's privileged access management infrastructure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess security risks, develop strategies and protect critical assets and sensitive data from unauthorized access.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage CyberArk solutions in line with organizational security requirements.

• Develop and maintain architectural design documents, including technical diagrams, process flows and system configurations.

• Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into CyberArk solution designs and system requirements.

• Conduct security assessments and risk analyses, identify vulnerabilities, recommend remediation strategies and implement necessary controls.

• Monitor and maintain CyberArk infrastructure, including servers, databases and other components, to ensure performance, availability and scalability.

• Oversee CyberArk installation, configuration and integration with other systems and applications.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the project's CyberArk infrastructure.

• Implement and enforce privileged access management best practices, policies and procedures.

• Support CyberArk infrastructure operating system upgrades across Linux, Windows and Mainframe technologies.

• Develop and amend CyberArk connectors and plug-ins.

• Stay up to date with cybersecurity trends, technologies and threats, and recommend measures to enhance the security posture.

• Work with IT operations, network security and compliance teams to align security initiatives and meet regulatory requirements.

• Provide training and organize project handover to operational teams, sharing best practices.

Technical environment

• Privileged access management: CyberArk Privileged Access Security Suite, Password Vault, Admin Console, Central Policy Manager, Privileged Session Manager

• Operating systems: Linux, Windows, Mainframe

• Scripting: PowerShell, Python

• Security integrations: SIEM, IAM, PAM

• Other: network protocols, authentication mechanisms, encryption technologies

Expected deliverables

• CyberArk solution designs and architectural documentation, including technical diagrams, process flows and system configurations

• Implemented, configured and integrated CyberArk solutions

• CyberArk infrastructure upgrades and operational maintenance

• CyberArk connectors and plug-ins developed or amended

• Training and project handover materials for operational teams

Profile

Experience

• Proven experience as a CyberArk Designer, designing and implementing enterprise-level CyberArk solutions

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security or a related field

Technical skills

• In-depth knowledge of the CyberArk Privileged Access Security Suite, including Password Vault, Admin Console, Central Policy Manager and Privileged Session Manager

• Strong understanding of privileged access management concepts, principles and best practices

• Proficiency in PowerShell or Python for automation and customization of CyberArk solutions

• Experience integrating CyberArk with security tools and technologies, including SIEM, IAM and PAM solutions

• Solid understanding of network protocols, authentication mechanisms and encryption technologies

Soft skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to resolve complex technical issues efficiently

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
