WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

As part of the France Jordan marketing team, you'll report to the Marketing Director, Jordan Brand France, with a dotted line to the Energy Marketing Director, Jordan Brand EMEA, and work closely with the Lead Professional, Energy Relationship Management, Jordan Brand France. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration to bring impactful marketing plans to life across the territory and priority marketplace accounts.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

In Jordan Brand, we believe there is greatness in everyone. Our mission is to inspire & unleash personal greatness across every corner of the world and if we do this, we believe we'll unify and elevate our 'community of greatness' to change the world for the better. With our deep roots in basketball, the Jordan Brand began as an homage to one player: Michael Jordan. Since then, Jordan has become synonymous with peak performance and an endless pursuit of greatness.

The ideal candidate will be a talented marketeer who is passionate about brand building and creative culture, with a keen understanding of the agitator consumer and the cultural movers operating at the intersection of fashion, streetwear and sport. This person will understand the marketplace, identify the moments and opportunities where Jordan can have disproportionate impact, and turn strategic direction into integrated marketing plans. We seek someone who can lead projects end-to-end, connect brand priorities to Streetwear Specialty accounts (NBHD) and marketplace moments. Balancing creative ambition with disciplined budget and project management.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in Cultural marketing, Brand Marketing, Integrated Marketing, or related marketing roles, within a brand or agency environment.
  • Demonstrated experience building marketing plans and leading multiple projects across key consumer touchpoints, including retail, digital, social and experiential marketing.
  • Fluency in English required.
  • Deep interest in fashion, streetwear, sport, art, music, design and subcultures.
  • Strong creative judgment and taste level, with the ability to recognize culturally relevant, premium and distinctive ideas and drive high-quality brand execution.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing breakthrough brand and cultural marketing campaigns, working with brands, catalysts and collaborators.
  • Strong understanding of the French consumer (with a focus on Paris), marketplace and cultural landscape, with the ability to translate local insights into relevant brand opportunities.
  • Strategic ability to translate broader brand direction into clear seasonal plans
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, agencies, timelines and stakeholders while driving plans through to high-quality execution.

Jordan Brand Attributes:

  • Understanding of Jordan Brand's unique history and heritage in basketball culture.
  • Core understanding of Jordan Brand's current role in Parisian streetwear culture, including footwear and apparel trends.
  • Deep knowledge of basketball and global football relevance to Gen Z and Gen Alpha consumers.
  • Authentic connection to fashion, streetwear, basketball, football and creative communities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build brand awareness and strength in a global city.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

  • You will translate EMEA Energy briefs into locally relevant marketing plans and lead the territory execution of Jordan's priority brand moments. Identify consumer and cultural moments that matter locally. You will connect consumer and cultural insights with project leadership and cross-functional orchestration, supporting premium execution across the city (events, experiences, campaign creation) and relevant Streetwear Specialty accounts (NBHD).

  • You will represent Jordan Brand in Paris and France by building seasonal plans, identifying the consumer and cultural moments that matter locally, and orchestrating teams and partners to execute the offense with clarity, creativity and operational excellence.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Territory seasonal plans: develop the Paris/France response to the EMEA brief, from upstream alignment to execution.

  • Lead Territory-owned brand projects end-to-end: own local briefs, creative development, agency management, production and delivery against agreed objectives and timelines.

  • Support the integrated City offense: connecting Territory Brand, EMEA Energy and key cross-functional partners across Communications, Digital, Media, Sales, Merchandising and Creative to deliver one aligned consumer experience.

  • Partner closely with the Relationship Management counterpart to activate the France Energy Jordan family of partners and cultural catalysts, leveraging relationships and cultural insights to develop and deliver locally relevant brand plans.

  • Bring local opportunities and consumer insights upstream: identify city-right consumer moments, marketplace opportunities, partners and cultural signals that inform EMEA strategy and future seasonal planning.

  • Partner with Streetwear Specialty (NBHD) and Sales to help drive premium Brand execution across priority accounts and marketplace moments: translate account strategy and seasonal Brand priorities into city-right consumer experiences, from brief through final execution, while Streetwear Specialty retains ownership of account strategy.
