  • Coordinate with internal and/or external stakeholders when needed (project teams, IT, business teams, communication)

Second pilot deployment

  • Support the Change Lead in preparing and running the second pilot deployment (communications, user engagement, logistics, stakeholder coordination)
  • Track and consolidate Pilots' surveys, and monitor iSay results on Change / Engagement and training feedback & completion (in coordination with PRU)
  • Contribute to capturing lessons learned to feed the next waves

PMO Activities (Support) (30%)

  • Contribution to program planning and milestone tracking
  • Change Knowledge Management: support documentation storage and coordination with other PMOs (e.g. Business Procedures for LEAP, Infinity and other transformations) to contribute to a single source of truth
  • Update of project dashboards (progress, risks, action plans)
  • Support in preparing materials for project and steering committees
  • Follow-up on actions and decisions
  • AI & Automation: explore practical uses of AI, Copilot and automation to simplify recurring PMO activities, improve efficiency, facilitate access to information and support scalable ways of working across the program
  • Promote collaboration, consistency and knowledge sharing within the program community
