Objectifs & contexte de la mission

As part of the 2030 strategic plan for Trade Finance Operations, GTTO is seeking a PMO/PM, ideally with an experience on Trade Finance, to support :

- [Task1] Coordinate a program (encompassing 3 streams) around Client Experience : consolidate and maintain transversal roadmaps, track deliverables, facilitate transversalisation, identify dependencies and areas of risk, report progress, support in the formalization and the governance, ...

- [Task2] Support and contribute to a remote Ops audit: Collection and review of operational documentation, review and analysis of local controls, workload estimate and rightsizing, ... Objective being to identify opportunities of synergies with other processing centers
