🟣 The mission

🗓️ Full-time freelance mission, starting ASAP

We're looking for a doer, available right now, to test things fast and run Marble's growth campaigns from week one.

Jonathan (GTM Engineer) has built a solid GTM system (tooling, CRM, analytics). We need someone to run the campaigns on top of it, now.

You'll join the Go-To-Market team (6 senior people, with up to 25 years of experience), working with Arnaud (CEO), Jonathan (GTM Engineer), Maté (Content) and our Account Executives.

• Cold and warm campaigns: target compliance and fraud teams at banks and FinTechs, write the copy, run the sequences and follow up until it turns into meetings.

• Event campaigns: fill the room before our trade shows and client dinners, then turn those conversations into pipeline.

• LinkedIn and paid acquisition: run LinkedIn Ads and paid campaigns alongside the above.

• Measure and iterate: track what converts every week, cut what doesn't, double down on what works.

• Available ASAP, full time and based in Paris, non-negotiable.

• Fluent in English, non-negotiable.

• You've already run B2B campaigns for complex, high-value sales (enterprise SaaS, FinTech, regtech), non-negotiable.

• An excellent copywriter: you write sharp, credible messages for a technical, regulated audience, non-negotiable.

• You launch fast, test, and ship every week. No 2-month ramp-up.

• Experience in FinTech, regtech, compliance, fraud or AML makes you dramatically more effective here.
